A program for GALA event is formed

Organizers of the Round table ”Legal aspects of advertising: international overview”, which will be held within a Partner program of the 45th IAA World Congress, has announced speakers for both sessions.

In the session “International advertising campaigns: from start to distribution” the following experts will take part: Brinsley Dresden, Lewis Silkin, Partner (United Kingdom), Daniel Goldberg, Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz PC, Partner (USA), Maria Shigayeva, GroupM, Senior Digital Lawyer (Russia), representative of McDonalds (Russia), Fiona Robertson, Al Tamimi & Company, Senior Counsel, Head of Media (Dubai). A moderator - Marianna Ivanova, Head of Legal department of Gazprom Media (Russia).

Participants will discuss what are the main factors, changing how an advertising piece looks like around the world; what are the main risks of brand owners and advertising agencies; and how to control the content distribution quality in the Internet.

Topics for discussion: how IP rights are protected in new ecosystems of advertising, should new types of advertising be regulated, and is there a protection for new technologies and AI.

Andrey Kashevarov, the Deputy Head of FAS Russia and Vadim Vladimirov, the Head of Saint Petersburg Division of FAS Russia will take part in the Round table as well.
