Nandan Nilekani is an Indian entrepreneur, bureaucrat, and politician. He co-founded Infosys (India’s second-largest IT company) and is its current Non Executive Chairman. He also served as the Chairman of Unique Identification Authority of India (a cabinet-ranking position) where he was responsible for implementing the Multipurpose National Identity Card, or Unique Identity Card (Aadhar) project in India.
